All file loads must be submitted before 6 pm EST. File loads submitted before 6 pm EST will be ready by morning. File loads submitted after 6 pm EST will be ready for the next business day.
If you require your file to be loaded immediately let us know in your support ticket. There will be an additional charge for this.
